The sea view from my room was fabulous. It offered such a serene start to each day. i found the staff to be very friendly. Waleed especially. the italian restaurant was a highlight. I liked the cute staff there. fares in the restaurant. I appreciated that so much.
The food was not always delicious. The variety was limited, sometimes disappointing. still, i always found something acceptable.

The reception team was very helpful. They addressed my questions quickly. the restaurant staff demonstrated great attentiveness. they ensured that i felt comfortable during my meals. awadallah always kept my room well cleaned. I really appreciated that.

Mr. Walid at the reception was helpful. He was active. I could use all facilities across three hotels. The lagoon views were nice. The hotel features a beautiful beach.
Rooms didn't meet advertising standards. The bathroom was not very clean and the shaving mirror fell off the wall. Beds were also uncomfortable.

especially Mr Walid in reception, were very active to assist guests and resolve their issues. Some staff members provided help as soon as was needed.

the staff was attentive, readily available to assist with any request. the multiple pools offered refreshing options for swimming and relaxation. a wide variety of dishes were available at the buffet, allowing me to sample diverse cuisines. the private beach was well-kept, with clear water and ample space for sunbathing.
the wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the resort.

The main dining area presents a varied buffet with several international options. I found fresh salads and cooked meats daily. breakfast includes omelets cooked to order and a selection of pastries. Service is efficient. the snack bar offers quick bites like pizza and burgers during the day, and the food preparation is consistently monitored.
